Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At 3226, we pride ourselves on quality, attention to detail and the satisfaction of our customers. Through our rigorous quality control program, each piece of our leather goods, printed materials, and jewelry are inspected before they ship to you. Please inspect your order when received to ensure the product(s) have not been damaged in transit. Please feel free to contact us with any quality issues, damaged goods or any other questions you might have once you have received your order.

 

Leather Goods:

When placing a custom order of leather goods, please ensure logos, initials or symbols are correct before submitting. All leather goods that are customized, embossed or laser etched are not available for returns, unless there is a manufacturing error, product defect, or damage in transit.

For eligible leather goods returns, please document the request by taking photos of the issue and emailing the photos along with any other details to: info@3226online.com. If notified within 15 days of delivery of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item or a full refund.

For returns of unused and non-personalized leather goods, we will issue an exchange or refund within 15 days of the product(s) being delivered. Returned products will not be eligible for reimbursement without prior approval by 3226. Please contact us directly at Applicable restocking charges may apply to some products. Printed Materials:

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges are not available once printed materials are proofed by the customer and a representative of 3226 is given written approval for production.

Jewelry:

Kala Fine Jewelry is offered exclusively by 3226 and each piece is handmade to order, therefore, we do not offer returns on Kala products. Certain orders are provided exemptions to our standard “no return” policy for jewelry. Please feel free to contact us with specific concerns and we can consider your unique circumstance.

Any Kala Fine Jewelry purchased on sale, discounted or with a promo code are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
